Account & Access

How do I create an account and enroll in a course?

Click Sign Up on the top right, verify your email, and complete your profile. Once logged in, go to Courses, choose a program, and press Enroll. If the course is paid, you’ll be directed to checkout.

  • Account creation takes under 2 minutes.
  • Email verification links expire in 30 minutes for security.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page. Enter your email address and we’ll send a secure reset link valid for 30 minutes.

If you no longer have access to your email, contact support via the quick-contact form with identity verification details.

Can I access courses on mobile?

Yes. The entire platform is responsive and supports offline reading for selected lessons. For the best experience, use the latest Safari, Chrome, or Firefox on iOS/Android.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers for enterprise cohorts.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you’re not satisfied within the first 7 days and have completed less than 20% of the course, you can request a full refund. Processing takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Can my newsroom pay via invoice?

Yes, we support invoicing for 5+ seats. Contact our team to get a quote and purchase order details.

Certificates & Credentials

Do you provide a certificate upon completion?

Yes. You’ll receive a verifiable, shareable certificate including your name, course title, completion date, and instructor signatures.

Is the certificate recognized by employers?

Our certificates are widely recognized across newsrooms and media organizations. You can add them to LinkedIn and resumes with a verification URL.

How long does it take to receive the certificate?

Instantly. After achieving the required score and completing assignments, your certificate is generated immediately.

Technical & Platform

What are the system requirements?

A modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), stable internet (10 Mbps+), and speakers or headphones. For editing labs, we recommend a keyboard for shortcuts.

Videos won’t play or buffer slowly—what can I do?
  • Lower the playback quality to 720p.
  • Disable browser extensions (ad blockers) temporarily.
  • Try an alternate network or restart your router.
Do you have closed captions and transcripts?

Yes. Most videos have captions in English and searchable transcripts. You can toggle captions in the player controls.

Courses & Learning

How much time per week should I plan for?

Most learners spend 3–5 hours weekly. Capstone projects may require an extra 2–3 hours near deadlines.

Are there live sessions?

Yes. We run optional weekly live Q&A and newsroom critiques. Replays are available within 24 hours.

Can I switch cohorts or learning paths later?

Absolutely. You can switch once per term without extra fees. Your progress transfers when modules overlap.

Policies & Support

What is your plagiarism policy?

We use automated checks and editorial review. Plagiarism results in a zero grade for the assignment and may lead to removal from the program.
